Started in 1991, Mountainside Fitness Centers is the largest locally owned health club chain in Arizona. With currently eleven fitness centers across Arizona, the organization offers services for weight loss, sport specific training, nutrition programs, flexibility programs, golf conditioning, body building and many others. It also has services for kids, toddlers, teens and more. Mountainside Fitness Centers clients include Coca Cola, To Fix It, Sun Devil Auto and Max Muscle Nutrition, Sport Chalet and Skin Gravy, to name a few.
